Standard slow winter run. Snow it thawing and it rains, so I am really glad I got myself trail running shoes with goretex and good profile.

Body weight training for core (Hindu pushups, crunches, back). No access to weights, so I have to use what I got. Really like it though.

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a man from DE.

My favorite sports include: running hiking

My goals are: Get my cardio fitness up to a below 50min 10k again and loose a few pounds while maintaining/increasing lean muscle tissue.
